Role 6 : Segmented Worms

  1. Research on the Web information about segmented worms common to your state.
  2. Decide as a team which segmented worm should be the state symbol.
  3. Prepare a trifold brochure or multi-media presentaton of information about your segmented worm following specific guidelines on a scoring guide.
  4. As a team draft an official letter on school letterhead recommending a proposal to adopt your segmented worm as an official state symbol.
  5. Present your information to the other teams and any other audience you wish to persuade.
