Introduction

STUDENTS,

Everywhere you look, you will find fractals. Fractals are a mathematical concept dealing with complex numbers. For simplicity, we will not concentrate on complex number theory and instead look at fundamental examples.

Consider the question:

"HOW LONG IS THE COAST OF BRITAIN"?

THE ANSWER IS THAT THERE IS NOT A RIGHT ANSWER. The coast is actually infinite in length. The coast is a fractal, therefore within every nook of the coast inlays another nook. This sequence found on the coast is infinite in nature.
