It all started in 1701 in Hawaii. There were two children, Treefis and Leafis. They were best friends and they grew up together. Treefis likes to go running every morning and every night. Leafis likes to talk on the phone. Treefis though hardly ever talked on the phone.
One day Treefis went running and Zeus showed up. Zeus asked, "Do you want shade when you go running?"
Then Treefis said, "Yes, I would because I get hot really fast."
"Then you have to fall in love, and really mean it, with someone you have known almost all of your life," said Zeus.
Treefis was happy when Zeus said that because he has loved Leafis for a very long time and has been waiting for this chance. After Zeus said that, he ran home and asked Leafis to marry him. At first she laughed and said, "You' re joking, right?"
"No, I am not joking," said Treefis.
Then she started crying and said, "Yes." They got married and trees started growing, because they really loved each other.
In their backyard was a group of trees in a circle. Treefis and Leafis thought they looked too plain. So, they painted a picture of each of the holidays on different trees. They put on Easter egg on one tree, Christmas tree for Christmas on another tree, etc. Then made doors to go inside of them and see what it was like to celebrate each holiday. After they made the doors and things like that, they went into the Easter door. They really liked it. Later, Zeus found out that they made doors and tried going in one of them, but he couldn't. Finally, he got one open and went in it. Then, Treefis and Leafis came back and asked the animals were Zeus was. They found out that Zeus was stuck in a tree door. So, they left him there for the rest of his life and nobody went in that door again. THE END!!!!
