Junie B. Jones has made it to the third grade.  Junie has to write a biography about a woman who has made a difference to women everywhere.  Your job is to help Junie research the best way to make a biography and to whom to write about.

My name is Junie B. Jones and my dumb old teacher expects me to write some stupid paper about some woman who made life easier for me today.  This is where I need your help.  I wanna make sure the person that I pick is the best person ever so I can make my biography the best ever.  I’m not really sure what I should include in my paper that would make it a biography so I found some websites that just might help you help me figure out what information should be included. She also expects me to use this research guide to write interview questions I think would be important to ask a noteable woman. Just ta let ya know teachers like for us to turn in all work so keep the research guide and turn it in when the teacher says to 'cause it's worth 10 points.   Plus we can use it at the end when we gotta make our biography.   We can look for the answers  as we research the lady we pick and use the information  to create our biography.

Okay, now that we know what a biography is, we can start figuring out who we wanna pick.  There are so many women out there, at least that’s what my teacher says, whom we can choose from but I don’t know if I want some one who is still alive or not.  Do I wanna pick someone who is tryin’ to make my world a better place now or woman who blazed the path for all women?
