Introduction
You are about to begin an iadventure to help you understand the importance of researching outcomes before making major decisions in your life.
My name is Micheal Anthony. I will be a junior in high school next year. I work a part time job. With my job I am able to pay for my gas, my own car insurance and entertainment. I play on the high school football team. I have a lot of really fun friends. For the past few years several of my friends have gotten piercings and tattoos, my parents wouldn't allow it. I have really great parents but they don't understand kids today. They're so yesterday! I've argued with my parents for the past two years about getting a tattoo or a piercing. My mother is dead set against it, but my father has finally said I can do one or the other as long as I research the information and provide him with proof that it is safe.
I have listened to my teachers and parents talk about the importance of making good decisions. I really want to be responsible here and I certainly don't want to end up regretting my decision. I know that there are dangers with tattoos and piercing and I want to be sure which ever decision I make is safe and something I will not be sorry for.
What I need
to know...
What
I really need to know is how
many other high school students decided to get tattoos or body piercings.
I need to know what the age limits are for
tattoos and body piercing in the state of Missouri. I also need to
know the dangers involved in getting a tattoo or a body piercing.
