Grassroots to Now!
How would you like to run one of the largest computer companies in the United States? What about stepping into the shoes of Bill Gates of Microsoft or Steve Jobs and Steve Wozniak of Apple Computers. What would you do next with the company? Would you sell the company?
HARDWARE,
SOFTWARE OR BOTH
Billions of
dollars are involved and you must choose between 2 different companies
you may want to operate. You may want to sell hardware and software
together. OR, you may want to primarily be a software company.
Take a look at the history of these 2 companies, the people behind them,
where they are today and what direction they are heading tomorrow. You
must make your choice before finding out all the facts.
After you have made your choice, you must present to the class a PowerPoint
presentation about your findings and why you chose that particular company.
Let's
begin with a survey, a brief quesionaire that your teacher will present
to you. Turn this in and see if you'll make the same choice when you have
completed this marvelous journey.
