Food Choices are determined by cultural, geographic, and personal factors and are influenced by peers and advertising. Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to discover the truth about you; your body mass index (BMI), Ideal Body Weight, your exercise needs, possible consequences for unhealthy lifestyle choices. Before starting on your mission you must arm yourself with some basic facts about yourself. See Passport- Document 1 for the information needed. Please keep this information for the portfolio you are assembling.

Caution: Some of the web sites may no longer be available since the opposition may not want you to find the truth. Should you have this problem, be cautious in your search. Try to find the information from your own sources, but be careful who you trust and be dilligent in documenting where your sources are- you may need them in the future.

Now that you have done the analysis- Which meal will it be? Which meal will you choose? Remember- this choice needs to be based on what meal you would actually be willing to eat. Nutrition doesn't get into your body unless you consume the foods listed. Choose, but choose wisely.......
