Situation:
Mary and Harry are a newly
married couple who have been left a large sum of money from a relative.
They have $75,000 to decide and plan for future use. This young and attractive
couple has hired you to help them do some research so they can make the
proper investments and start planning for their future together. They don't
have any kids right now but want to have one in the near future, they don't
have a reliable mode of transportation so a new car is a must! Mary and
Harry can't decide if renting or buying is the better choice for them.
Your job is to make a series of decisions through research and planning
that would benefit Mary and Harry the best. You will then make a power
point presentation at the end explaining your decisions and reasoning to
present to the couple.
