The kingdom of the Fat-tailed geckos the Animalia kingdom. His phylum is Chordata and he belongs to the class called Reptilia.
The fat-tailed gecko lives in a habitat that is damp with a temperature around 82-95 degrees Fahrenheit. Most of the fat-tailed geckos live in West Africa. In the classroom he lives in a habitat with a moist environment. He has rocks on the bottom and also has a turtle shell to get under.
In the classroom he eats crickets and mealworms that are covered with a white vitamin powder. In the wild the gecko eats invertebrates like he does in the classroom. In the wild, some people eat the gecko.
He lives up to about 20 years. Most of them live in large groups. When they lay eggs ,they don't take care of the. They just leave them.
One thing that I found interesting was that when they run out of food, they eat their tail because it can grow back.

The fat-tailed gecko is on his turtle shell.
