You can't smell like birds or rats or you might get bit. You need to wash your hands after you hold a snake. Boas are a cool snake to have. The reason they are called rainbow is because they sometimes look like they have a rainbow of colors on their back.
Many boas will breed at a cooler temperature. They live on the south coast. Hawks and owls can hunt snakes. The rainbow boa can grow to seven feet long.
